About Ateneo CODE

📚 What is Organization Development?

Organization Development (OD) is the study of positive planned change in an organization. It focuses on the development of an organization's human resource through carefully planned efforts and interventions, guiding organizations to adapt to changes and continuously improve.

🎯 What CODE Does

As a non-profit, student-run consultancy at Ateneo de Manila University, we provide free tailor-fit Organization Development services for youth organizations. Our self-trained OD consultants reach out to different youth organizations and schools to help them grow and create meaningful impact in their communities.

💡 How We Use OD

OD is a tool that Ateneo CODE uses to pursue its advocacy of empowering youth and youth-oriented organizations. We continuously build on our capabilities as OD consultants through constant research and practice, ensuring that the youth we serve are empowered to initiate and sustain positive change.
